Here is the du’aa to help you find something that you’ve lost. It has been very helpful to me. It can be difficult to locate on the net so I’m posting it here.
Allahuma rabb al-daula, haadi al-daula

amazingly helpful dua! i had hopeless case with lost wallet that i forgot in the shop but got it back 3 days later in the morning after i made dua i got it safe and with everything inside -driving licens,bank cards, fleshcard and even cash money! Allah is the Greatest! Sobhanallah!

the only one note: i read special esm al azam also 100 times before sleep. and some other known duas- actualy i did everything i know and the most amazing thing that I got it the way i was asking for. Sobhanallah anyway it is may be test from Allah what we going to do. cos we should not forget to be thankful and patient even if the lost thing will not come back- anyway thank Allah for everything. We are so weak and poor alhamdulillah Allah gave us some power by reading duas!

well its way past my bed time and i still have not found the project, i have attempted to start it again but so far i have only done the title. literally.
i am only eleven and i have recently just done a year eight test when i am only in year six. the school pushes you pretty hard, and i am so scared of my teacher.
i have been in tears because of this project, after putting in so much work and then to lose it.
i can just imagine my teachers face.

What i can say to you is, you are so young that’s why you are that much afraid about your teacher. Actually i am a teacher, and i do understand what my students feel when they fail to submit any homework/project.
If you explain to ur teacher what happened then i am sure he/she will understand and will give you another chance to make ur project. Teachers also were students. So don’t be upset.

I lost my USB as well, about two years ago and I am still annoyed over its loss and still pray for its return, as I can’t imagine stopping as stuff private to me is on it and someone could be using it. I also suffer from depression, not due to this but due to other things, I make dua that my depression is solved, I find my USB (as my faith in Allah is keeping me praying that I find it) and I also pray that other brothers and sisters duas are also accepted.

Remember brothers and sisters, it is not the dua that will help you find it, but the belief that Allah holds the power behind the dua, or else it will not help you, and it is also a form of shirk to think the dua alone is the means to your end.

Assalama Alakaum. I really think this duaa works. I had a package lost in mail due to bad weather. It was an incredibly important package with important documentation. I prayed the duaa. I also used one from youtube as well. Within 3 hours the USPS tracking was able to locate my item. Amazing. AlhumduAllah!! I hope this helps everyone.

I’ve lost my USB stick which had my GCSE coursework on it, as I haven’t finished my year yet I need to submit my GCSE coursework in pretty soon.
It’s only been a couple of days but I’m a complete mess as it’s worth three years of dedication & hard work.
So many people are telling me not to worry as it’s a minor thing however in my eyes it’ll be the reason if I do or don’t get into college.

In the last month I have lost many things. I list my phone twice. The first time I lost my phone I looked for 8 hours. I said this duah and 5 seconds after u found my phone in the same room right in front.of me. I lost my phone once again two weeks later and I did the duah and once again within less than a minute I found it sitting next to my bed. Finally today I lost my school blazer and I looked and looked. I decided to leave it to Allah and read this duah. Allhumdulilla I found it in a bag of clothes that I was gonna send to charity in a couple days. Thank you Allah.

اللَّهُمَّ رَادَّ الضَّالَّةِ وَهَادِي الضَّالَّةِ أَنْتَ تَهْدِي مِنَ الضَّلَالَةِ ارْدُدْ عَلَيَّ ضَالَّتِي بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَسُلْطَانِكَ فَإِنَّهَا مِنْ عَطَائِكَ وَفَضْلِكَ
“O Allah, the One who returns the lost, by Your power and awe return what I have lost, for surely I have received it as Your gift and favour (boon)”.
(Hisnul Hasin) .
Please go on reciting and insha allah you will defenitely get back things you lost. May Allah return our lost valuables. Aameen.

As salamu alaykum everyone, i lost AED 1800 today and i was so heartbroken i am South African but live and work in Abu Dhabi for a year now. That money is the average persons salary at home, i was so distressed i just googled dua to find lost money and came upon this as my first option. i made this dua twice and asked Allah (swt) to please return the money to me i was so sad i even cried before i found this dua. I hunted everywhere and because i moved house last week i really did not know where the money was and the moe cost me about as much as i had lost so reallyi couldnt afford to loose anything not right now, i searched everywhere. alhamdulliah i found it in a spot i had already checked. Wallahi Allah (swt) is most merciful he hears our pleas and he responds IMMEDIATELY that is how much our lord loves his servants even the less obedient of us. May Allah increase all of our imaan ameen.
